We like to call it, an extreme makeover. Yeah, you are probably thinking, "Well, it's about time"!
THE ORIGINAL - ROSEMARY CHICKEN
Can you imagine the magical taste when you combine chicken, chickpeas, vegetables, whole grains and cheese with the aromatic rosemary and cumin? The word is 'deliciously-addictive'! Kids and parents are going crazy over these 'wunder-ful' bites!
CHIPOTLE CHICKEN & BEANS
Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce when combined with chicken and black beans has gotta be irresistible! The veggies, whole grains and cheese make it a full-on tex-mex party :) This is the grown-up favorite!
MINT & CILANTRO VEGGIE
Is there anything more fragrant than mint? Add a touch of cilantro, some power greens and you get this delicious goodness of veggies that gives the chicken a run for it's money!

I am so thrilled to bring wundernuggets to all the families that care about nutritious food on the go! I have been making these for the past 7 years in my kitchen, and now finally I have the joy of sharing these with you! However, that wasn't always the plan. Here's my story:
Part 1: Eating Balanced Meals
Just like most people, I care about cooking up recipes that include elements of a balanced diet and that taste darn good! You could say, my cultural background and upbringing in a fanatically foodie family had something to do with it :)
Part 2: Sneaky Apron is Born
As I became a wife and a mom, I quickly realized I have picky eaters that care about everything, I mean everything. Taste, texture, shape, and how it is presented. So, now I began adapting to cooking methods that “sneak” in good stuff. It worked, and I mastered the art.
Part 3: Breaking Point
However, one doesn’t always have the time to cook great food ALL the time. I needed ready to eat food for sports practice / road trips / school lunches / quick dinner times. Surprise! I saw ingredients that I didn't recognize, nutrition labels that didn't make any sense. This is me splitting open a top brand chicken nugget that didn’t look anything like chicken. YUCK!
Part 4: Wundernuggets
I turned to my own kitchen. Cook. Freeze. Eat. Repeat.
Given I always had a stock of my chicken nuggets - they quickly became popular at events, birthday parties, and friends and family wanted more. I started on a mission to do just that - Provide real food to those who wanted it. Who doesn't want immune boosting turmeric or digestive aids like cumin or real protein like chickpeas and fiber from veggies or whole grains in their foods?!
