As I became a wife and a mom, I quickly realized I have picky eaters that care about everything, I mean everything. Taste, texture, shape, and how it is presented. So, I began adapting to cooking methods that “sneak” in vegetables, whole grains and greens and the family loved it!

However, one doesn’t always have the time to cook great food ALL the time. I needed ready to eat food for sports practice / road trips / school lunches / quick dinner times. Surprise! I saw ingredients that I didn't recognize, nutrition labels that didn't make any sense. This is me splitting open a top brand chicken nugget that didn’t look anything like chicken. YUCK!

Given I always had a stock of my homemade chicken nuggets - they quickly became popular at events, birthday parties. One day, my son said: "Mom, these are so yummy, I wish everyone could have them!". That was it - I started on a mission to do just that - provide real good food options that make a mom's life easier.
